If You Are Employed:

A completed application form            
Proof of Your Identity (must include your photograph)  
Your Employers details  
Your Current landlord details  
Your Bank details
(If you cannot give sufficient credit evidence, you might have the second option of paying 2/3 months rent in advance as security for non payment of rent in certain cases. Please ask for further details)
 
A Signed and Completed Bank Consent Form instructing your bank to provide us with a reference about Your ability to pay the rent  
A non refundable holding deposit to include your reference checking fee

 

Whatever your case might be, It is in your own best interest to provide us with any relevant information to support your application. This will enable us to accurately make an assessment of your offer and also to positively put your case to the landlord or managing agent of the property.

Please note the office will be taking up references with external parties to include among other your current Landlord, your current employer and your Bank.

 

If You are A Student

A completed application form

Your proof of Your Student Status (could include a copy of student ID)

Your Council Tax Exemption Certificate

Please note the office will be taking up references with external parties to include among others your current Landlord; your current employer and your Bank. We will also be seeking a letter of Guarantee from your local Guarantor. Please note that your Guarantors might be subjected to the same checks as described above to ascertain his/her suitability to act as a Guarantor.
