We are quite open about our fees as you will find our fees are quite competitive and our fees offer excellent value for money.
Most of our clients tend to find that our fees can become self-funding especially when you take into consideration the financial savings you are able to achieve with our services and also the time you save in finding the right property for you.
Each of our client’s needs are carefully listened to and fully understood when agreeing the fees, so as to ensure our fees are cost effective and represent value for money for our clients

The following information provides an overview of our fee structures.
Full Property Search (Purchase)
Search Retainer Fee – A non refundable Search retainer fee is payable upon instruction prior to the commencement of the property search. Do note however that the Retaining fees charged here will be fully deducted from the final success fee when the buyer exchanges contracts to buy the property.
Search Term – 6 months (24 weeks)
Success Fee – The Success Fee is calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price. This is payable – Upon legal completion or 21 days after exchange of contracts, whichever is sooner.

Property Sales Assistance
Retaining fee – Payable upon instruction prior to the commencement of the search. Retaining fees are fully deductible from the final success fee.
Success fee – A percentage of the final sale price. Payable – upon exchange of contracts.
Property Rental Search
Search Retainer Fee – A non-refundable fee payable on instruction prior to commencement of the home search.
Search Term – 2 months (8 weeks)
Success Fee – One month’s rent. Payable upon signing the tenancy agreement.

“Negotiation only” service
Terms and fees are stipulated on an individual case basis. Payable – upon exchange of contracts.
Area Familiarisation / Orientation only
Area orientation tours are charged per day for an accompanied tour of up to three areas of previewed properties.
Advice is given on property styles, local area information and schools as required.
This service is particularly useful if you are considering a new area and are not ready to commit to a purchase as yet.
Depending on your brief, tours can be tailored to your requirements.
Introduction Only
Terms and fees are stipulated on an individual case basis. Payable – upon exchange of contracts.
Corporate Relocation Services
Quotations for corporate relocation are available on request and based on your company’s individual requirements.
Other Services
Priced dependent on your requirements. Usually based on a half/full day fee
