The problem is that, the inventory process takes a lot of time to carry out, as every minute defect detail in the property needs to be noted. This can be a stressful process for the uninitiated, more so… for even someone that is not quite familiar with the building structures in the UK.

At the start of a rental tenancy agreement our relocation consultants can assist an Assignee to settle into their new property, set up utility accounts and ensure the property is received in the condition that has been promised by the landlord.

- Agreement of the Inventory (including taking digital photographs of condition).
- Setting up of utilities (water, electric, gas) and council tax, and ensuring EPC and all necessary certificates are in place.
- Guidance and instructions with telephone connection, internet access, tenant’s contents insurance and television license (if required).
- Familiarisation with main appliances, central heating timers and alarm and provision of Tenant Information Guide.
